Volleyball to Have Canned Food Collection

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Warner Pacific volleyball team will be collecting canned food at the door for the Oregon Food Bank during their match on Friday, October 30th versus Northwest University.

At Warner Pacific, October is Hunger Awareness Month. There are many activities on campus to engage students in learning about hunger and malnutrition as a real and serious social issue both locally and globally.

The women's volleyball team is participating by hosting a canned food drive and collection. Bring canned food to the game on Friday, October 30th to support and donate food to the Oregon Food Bank.
