Knights Survive in Caldwell

CALDWELL, Idaho - Reggie Guyton scored 23 of his 29 points in the second half, including 6-of-7 shooting from three-point range, as No. 5 ranked Warner Pacific survived The College of Idaho, 97-91, in the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

The Knights (17-5, 9-3 CCC) trailed 41-33 at the break, but connected on 9-of-10 treys over a ten minute stretch of the second half, grabbing an 82-71 lead – with the Yotes getting as close as four down the stretch. Marcel Smith added 22 points in the win for WP, as the Knights hit 16 three-pointers.

Kelvin Potts had a career-high 29 points for the Coyotes, who held a 41-31 rebound edge and hit 53-percent of their field goals.
